This is a perfect outfit to wear for casual dinner outings with my male friends when they cried out to me earlier 'please don't dress up, because we want to wear our shorts & thongs tonight!' Yet they stil complained that I overdressed them.. 'It looks too nice'.. Sigh you can't please anyone I guess!

Zimmermann Clique Twist Dress

Wearing this dress today for a collaque's hen's evening, a three-quarter length dress on Miranda Kerr, but it turns to be a maxi on me :) Bought the ruby shoes in Ruby, which is similar like the one released by Zimmermann for their Clique collection. The only difference is I spent only $20 on them, which was reduced from $39.95, bargain!!

This is my current Zimmermann wish list, Flip Side Circle jacket ($220 selling in Zimmermann outlet, down from rrp $750). I really love this jacket as it's very versatile yet elegant! Im planning to wear it with a simple little black dress as pictured 

I went to CUE today & i saw many items that are nice (mainly corporate wear). But unfortunately the price has also gone up :( oh well i guess ill wait until their sales period comes but meanwhile i've been taking notes on my favourite pieces ;)

Zara Corporate Peplum Dress

Last Sunday I had a bit of spare time for myself & decided to visit Zara in Sydney for the first time in 2013 :) I don't come to Zara often as usually it disappoints me with their lack of XS-sizes but then I got lucky because I came across to this beautiful peplum dress in XS (only 2 left by the way)! I guess they just came out, but I don't think it will be around for too long as it only costs $89.95. I've been eyeing on Ted Baker's peplum dress in white for few months now but the price is a bit exy even with 25% discount.

Personally I think Zara generally look better than Topshop, in terms of it doesn't look as cheap with better looking material. This dress is made from thick polyester material which doesn't easily creased  However I must say this is not the most practical outfit as I'm struggling a bit to walk fast as the bottom half is very fitted. Also I have to take off the dress just to do number one lol...  But in the office I don't have to walk fast anyway so I'm putting up with it!

Bali Xmas 2012 Holiday.. Zimmermann The Calm Panelled Smock Top

First of all I hope everyone had a fantastic Xmas & New Years holiday with your loved ones!! I've been very busy since i came back from my xmas holiday at work as we have to do our year-end work, a week has gone by & my mind is still stuck in Bali.. ;-( The only thing that keep my excited to come back to Sydney is to see my lovely colleagues & friends! These pictures were taken when I had breakfast with my sister & our mum in 'Cafe Bali', one of the most popular cafe in Seminyak where they serve tasty food (both Indonesian & Western) with affordable price.
